A:  We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. You can contact us via email to cancel. After the order is cancelled, we will refund you within 1 hour, thank you

Q: What is 12 month warranty for this indoor exercise bike?

A:Our exercise bike has 12 months warranty. If any problem with this indoor exercise bike or service after ordering, please feel free to contact us via Customer Service E-mail: support@vigbodysports.com . We'll reply within 24 hours Mon.-Fri., and assist you to resolve the issue you have experienced in time, such as installation guide, shipping free replacement parts, assisting you to return, etc.

Q:Is there an online manual?  

A:It comes with an instruction manual. The seat and handles do adjust in height. It has predrilled holes for height placement.

Q: What's your return and exchange on your site?

A:We offer a 30 days return policy 

Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first.You can email us at support@vigbodysports.com. And receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number and reason for the return request.

Q: What's your shipping and delivery ?

A: We offer free home delivery to multiple locations in the United States. 

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (4-10 Business Days).
